Hi there, I'm
Elizabeth
I'm a counsellor, speaker and founder of The Village Health, where I lead a mental health practice and regularly deliver workshops and training to educators, health professionals and community organisations.
My work spans family violence, mental health, brain development and neuroplasticity, and leadership and culture. I bring both lived experience and clinical training to these conversations, including my own journey through an abusive marriage and the long, unglamorous work of learning to trust myself again.
I translate neuroscience and relational dynamics into language people can understand and act on. Whether I'm speaking with women, parents, clinicians, corporate teams or boards. I leave audiences not only seeing the hidden patterns shaping behaviour, but equipped with practical ways to respond.
Our conversation may touch on some heavier topics, including domestic violence, mental health crisis and trauma. Beyond that, it's a grounded, honest and liberating.
